We’re looking for a suitably qualified/experienced person to join the Technical Department at Strongroom.

Important note –Please DO NOT APPLY unless you have the knowledge, training, experience and desire to work in a strictly technical role. We are not looking for a sound engineer, or a studio assistant/tape op/runner at this time.

The successful candidate will join a small team responsible for ensuring the smooth running of all technical aspects of the studios and key services. This involves maintaining our analogue consoles, digital audio workstations, tape machines and a range of outboard equipment and microphones.

The studios operate 24 hours a day, 7 days a week so you must be prepared to work out-of-hours and to be available on-call.

We’re looking for a reliable and practical individual, ideally with a background in audio equipment maintenance and at least 12 months’ experience of working in a professional studio environment.
